FAC having been in the industry for over a decade had built decent manual business processes to manage business workflows. However, the system lacked a direct integration of upcoming tours with the website and other platforms. User notifications on sign-up and reminders for payments, tour dates etc. were sent manually over call or non-automated emails.
Synergestic actionables ramp up i dont care if you got some copy, why you dont use officeipsumcom or something like that yet window of opportunity.
