What clients ask.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what the software has to do. After a short call we send a fixed quote for a defined scope, so you know the cost before any work starts. Larger builds can be phased, so the first version is in use sooner.
How long does a project take?
A focused first version usually takes two to four months, and a small tool a few weeks. You get a timeline with the quote.
Can AI do this work for us?
Often, where the work is reading documents, emails or spreadsheets and applying rules to them. We look at the process with you first, build the agent into the software you already use, and keep a person checking the results that matter.
Where is your team?
Exerge Limited is registered in England and Wales, with its UK office in Nottingham. Our engineers work from our office in Islamabad, and our working days overlap, so questions are answered the same day.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code, data and documentation are yours. We can host and support the software, or hand it to your own team.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We start with a review of the code and hosting, tell you plainly what is sound and what is risky, and then support, fix or rebuild it.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. Our clients are in the UK, Germany, North America and Pakistan, and we work in English across time zones.
